These terms govern use of AnyBike accounts and services and form part of the basis on which AnyBike communicates, offers, buys, sells and coordinates motorcycle transactions. Transaction-specific terms in a Formal Offer, invoice or written agreement also apply.
Account holders must provide accurate information, keep login details secure and promptly update material account details. An account may support buying, selling, dealer or supplier activities depending on the user's relationship with AnyBike.
Motorcycle purchases from AnyBike are intended for trade/business buyers. Before accepting a Formal Offer, the buyer must confirm that the purchase is being made wholly or mainly for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession.
A motorcycle is not reserved or secured merely because it has been discussed, sourced or shown to a buyer. A Formal Offer must be accepted within its validity period. Acceptance does not by itself prove payment has been received or that the motorcycle has been secured from the supplier.
Prices, deposits, delivery charges and other agreed amounts are set out in the Formal Offer or related transaction documents. Payment is treated as received only when verified by AnyBike. Customer payments and supplier payments are separate records.
Motorcycles supplied by AnyBike are used vehicles unless expressly stated otherwise. Age, mileage, previous use, visible condition, available history and disclosed defects are relevant to the sale.
AnyBike collection and standard condition checks are visual/handover checks only. They are not mechanical or engineering inspections and do not verify hidden defects, internal mechanical condition, complete service history or future reliability.
A buyer requiring mechanical assurance must request an independent third-party inspection before purchase or before the transaction reaches the agreed commitment point. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the buyer pays the inspection cost.
No separate voluntary AnyBike mechanical warranty or guarantee is included with a used motorcycle sold on a trade/export basis unless expressly stated in the Formal Offer or other written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
AnyBike may provide information from sellers, databases, MOT records, vehicle-history providers, photographs, documents and other sources. Information that has not been independently verified should not be treated as independently verified.
The buyer is responsible for destination-country import eligibility, duties, taxes, registration, compliance and local-use requirements unless AnyBike expressly agrees to provide a specific service covering one of those matters.
The agreed UK handover point, collection arrangement, port, freight forwarder or other delivery point should be recorded in the transaction. Risk and responsibility follow the agreed transaction terms and are not determined solely by the fact that the motorcycle is being exported.
Freight forwarding, crating, specialist inspection and other third-party services may be supplied by independent providers. AnyBike will identify third-party involvement where relevant and may coordinate those services without becoming the specialist provider itself.
AnyBike does not permit known material defects or discrepancies to be deliberately concealed. Buyers must also provide accurate information about destination, buyer status, shipping requirements and any other material transaction facts.
Motorcycle availability can change until the motorcycle is genuinely secured. Offers can expire and sourced motorcycles can be sold or withdrawn by suppliers before security. AnyBike will record material status changes in the relevant transaction workflow.
These Terms & Conditions must be read together with the Trade & Export Sale Policy, the buyer's accepted Formal Offer, the recorded inspection basis and any transaction-specific written terms. Where a specific Formal Offer contains an expressly agreed term for that transaction, that term applies to that transaction subject to applicable law.
