AnyBike is a trading style of Giffords Empire Ltd and supplies used motorcycles only to buyers acting in a genuine trade, business, craft or professional capacity. These are used-vehicle trade/export sales. The buyer must decide whether the motorcycle is suitable for its business purpose, review the information supplied and request any independent inspection it requires before committing to purchase. A specific Formal Offer, invoice or written agreement may contain additional transaction-specific terms.
Motorcycles sold by AnyBike are offered only to buyers acting wholly or mainly for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession. The buyer must provide genuine trade/business details and confirms that it is not purchasing as a consumer. AnyBike may require evidence of trading status before accepting or completing an order.
Motorcycles are used vehicles. Age, mileage, prior use and disclosed condition are relevant to the transaction. AnyBike records the description and known information available to it and does not represent a used motorcycle as new or mechanically fault-free.
Unless a Formal Offer expressly states otherwise, AnyBike gives no separate voluntary mechanical warranty, guarantee or promise of future reliability. A used motorcycle may require repair, maintenance or replacement parts after handover. The buyer accepts responsibility for those costs and for deciding whether to obtain an independent inspection before purchase. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
AnyBike or its collection partner may record the motorcycle's physical appearance and handover condition, including photographs, visible damage, mileage, keys, documents and identity details where accessible.
A buyer requiring mechanical assurance must request an independent third-party inspection before purchase or before the transaction reaches the agreed commitment point. The buyer may also arrange its own inspection. If the buyer proceeds without an independent inspection, that decision is recorded and the buyer accepts the commercial risk of defects or deterioration that were not identified by the visual handover check, subject always to liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
AnyBike may obtain or display vehicle-history information, MOT data, service information, seller statements and available documents. These are recorded as information sources, not as a mechanical guarantee. Where information is not verified, it should be treated as unverified.
The transaction may record one of the following inspection bases:
Destination-country import eligibility, duties, taxes, registration, compliance and local use requirements vary. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the motorcycle can be lawfully imported, registered and used in the destination country unless AnyBike expressly agrees to provide a specific service.
The buyer confirms its nominated freight forwarder or shipper and the agreed UK handover point for the Deal. Unless the Formal Offer expressly states otherwise, the AnyBike offer price includes AnyBike sourcing fees, collection from the seller and delivery to the agreed UK port or handover point. AnyBike's delivery obligation ends, and risk transfers, when the motorcycle is handed over at that confirmed UK point to the buyer, the buyer's nominated freight forwarder or another person authorised by the buyer. From handover, the buyer is responsible for onward freight, insurance, storage, export, import, registration and destination-country use. UK collection or delivery may be carried out under the Move Motorcycles trading style of Giffords Empire Ltd.
VAT treatment depends on the motorcycle and the transaction. A motorcycle may be VAT Qualifying, sold under the Margin Scheme, or subject to another applicable VAT treatment. Export does not automatically make the motorcycle purchase VAT-free. Any VAT treatment applied by AnyBike will be shown in the relevant transaction or invoice documents where applicable. Destination-country duties, taxes and charges remain the buyer's responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise.
AnyBike does not knowingly conceal material defects identified before sale. Known defects, discrepancies or relevant limitations identified before sale should be disclosed through the motorcycle information, inspection record, Formal Offer or transaction documents. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnyBike does not accept liability for ordinary wear and tear, future mechanical failure, deterioration after handover, loss of use, lost profit, lost resale margin, business interruption or other indirect or consequential business loss arising from the motorcycle or its onward transport. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
