BMW S 1000 XR
The S 1000 XR combines BMW's high-revving four-cylinder sports-bike engineering with an upright touring position and practical road-going equipment.
BMW announced the S 1000 XR in November 2014 and confirmed that Berlin factory series production was underway in April 2015. Its German retail launch was scheduled for June 2015; later major updates came in 2017, 2020 and 2024. The factory end date remains unverified.
